Lindberg Pacemaker® companion washers can be used independently or as part of an automated process line. These versatile washers provide fast efficient washing of heat treat loads whether they are integrated into a complete furnace system or used with other heat treat equipment.

Lindberg washers are available in either gas or electrically heated models to 180°F. All are capable of spray washing or dunk and spray washing (optional) and feature extra-wide angle spray nozzles located above, below and to both sides of the work to give you faster, more thorough cleaning of the entire load. All heating systems provide maximum efficiency because heat is generated in solution.

Types of heating systems include electric screw-lug sheathed immersion heaters, and gas immersion tube burner systems.
